        The Company :-

Mr. S. P. Patel established JIGAR INDUSTRIES in 1987, with an aim to serve the local plastic industries as well as engineering industries by supplying precisely machined and reliable spares, such as Screws, Barrels, RP sets, Injection Head, Nozzles and extrusion blown film dies and ancillaries, and precision engineering components in the shortest time and the most affordable price. They are proud to have achieved this aim not only locally but across the borders to serve all the corners of nation, and are steadily expanding operations internationally with an aim to become a viable force in these markets too.

Jigar Industries made modest beginning in 1988 with manufacturing facilities at Thane City of Maharashtra state, a small set up mainly suited to manufacture of machinery parts for engineering as well as plastic processing industries. However, the company soon entered into development of blown film extrusion system and delivered its first HM/HDPE film plant in 1990. Never looking back, they have continued to add updated extrusion systems into their product range consistently.

As a result, the company today has widest range of monolayer blown film lines for processing diverse variety of plastics from commodity polymers like LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, and PVC.

Though relatively young, the company's growth has not been limited to the expansion of product range but has prominently touched all facets of operations. While quality, workmanship, energy efficiency and level of sophistication and automation underwent tremendous development all these years for the company's products to become globally acceptable, the level of customer satisfaction also remained high resulting into repeat orders contributing to more than 65%of company's business.

Company's exports, meanwhile, have multiplied during this period, after it made debut in the international market in 2004 with an export to Tanzania.

EXTRUDER PLANTS

Tubular Blow Film Machine  
This series of blown film is well suited for processing HD/LD-PE film. Also available with Rotory machine calibrating film guide basket, surface winding machine, Rotory / oscilating extruder platform etc.

Three models to choose from with 150mm 1150mm and production upto 65 kg/hr. Each unit is specially engineered to provide the high efficiency and performance to meet the rigorous demands of product quality and high production output.

Single Screw

We manufacture Single Screw as per client’s specifications and drawings, sizes range from Dia 15mm to Dia 250mm and length upto 5 mtrs.

Screw is manufactured from nitro alloy (EN-41B) material which is available in Indian as well as Imported make. The material is toughened in raw condition that is ‘S' or ‘T' condition up to 30/32 RC which gives hardness to the material. Then after machining to be done as per required dimension of outer layer and keep 0.5mm on core diameter and 1 mm on dia. There are stresses development while machining that is to be relieved known as stress relieving.

After toughening final machining to be done to get required dimension and do polishing and outer diameter grinding and do the nitride hardening to get surface hardness up to 64/66 RC by gas nitriding process and case depth up to 0.5/0.6 mm deep to run longer time.

Single Screw

Single Barrel

We manufacture barrels up to Dia 300mm and 5.25 meters long.

Barrel is manufactured from nitro alloy (EN-41B) material which is available in Indian as well as Imported make. The material is toughened in raw condition that is ‘S' or ‘T' condition up to 30/32 RC which gives hardness to the material. Then after machining to be done as per required dimension of outer layer and keep 1.0 mm on outer diameter and 1.0 mm on inner diameter. There are stresses development while machining that is to be relieved known as stress relieving, the base hardness is reduced by 2 RC maximum.

After toughening final machining to be done to get required dimension and do honning in inner diameter for highly surface finish which is required free flow of the polymer and do the nitride hardening to get surface hardness up to 64/66 RC by gas nitriding process and case depth up to 0.5/0.6 mm deep to run longer time.
